Unveiling of the New Eco-Bar &
the 2 Year Anniversary of Prasino
Prasino, an eco-chic American fare restaurant with an emphasis
on seasonal, locally grown and organic ingredients, unveiled it's
expanded and remodeled bar at the Wicker Park location.
Prasino recently won a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for
its selection and is thrilled to introduce the new library.
Prasino brings patrons a revamped beverage menu as well,
which will include 16 craft beers on draft and seasonally rotating
cocktails from mixologist Todd Ekis. Ekis offers a 'farm-to-bar'
concept that features artisan cocktails, craft beers and a
sought-after selection of sustainable and organic wines.
Entertainment was provided by Adam Shero, who Prasino
discovered in Arizona.
