2nd Annual Ladybug Bash: Stars and Cars fundraiser mixed Hollywood old and new at Grossinger City Autoplex. Guests socialized with the Who’s Who in the Windy City while making a difference for children and families affected by childhood cancer.

Special guests included DINA MANZO Founder of Project Ladybug, Host of HGTV’s Dina’s Party and former Star of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, MEG CASWELL Chicago’s very own host of HGTV’s Meg’s Great Rooms and Winner of Season 6 DESIGN STAR, TED BRUNSON Producer and Host of WGN’s Chicago’s Best, ALPANA SINGH Host of WTTW’s Check, Please! Master Sommelier, and Boarding House Keeper, AMBER PODELL Ms. Illinois United States 2012, NANCY TO Miss Illinois United States 2012, JENNIFER J CRUZ Mrs. Illinois United States 2012 and ANA BELAVAL Three time Emmy Award winner and Around Town Reporter from WGN Morning News emceed the event.

The event featured showcasing of Chicago’s Top Restaurants and culinary masters’ signature samplings. Vintage GM Cars as well as a glamorous fashion presentation from AKIRA, Chicago’s premier fashion house.

Atia's Project Ladybug Fund is Chicago's chapter of Project Ladybug, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to easing the struggles of childhood cancer.

Atia's Project Ladybug Fund was named after a local Chicago girl who was diagnosed with cancer at the tender age of 17 months old. She underwent over two years of aggressive chemotherapy, and at 4 years old is in full remission and doing remarkably well.
