Parents aren’t the only ones who will be relaxing in the spa at KeyLime Cove®,
the Official Resort of Six Flags Great America. The Enchanted Lagoon™ Kids
Spa is officially opening its doors.

Kids are welcomed to themed manicures, pedicures, hairstyles, facials and
makeup applications. Using ME! Bath’s ice cream-flavored products, licensed nail
technicians perform */Starfish Sparkle Hands/* manicures and */Starfish Sparkle
Toes/* pedicures. Kids get to choose their favorite scent among vanilla,
chocolate, strawberry or papaya nectar. */Bubble-iscous Dos/* offers hairstyles
from rockstar to princess to mermaid luau and everything in between. Hair
extensions or a tiara are also included in the service. Girls will learn basic
skincare practices with the facial, */Melodie’s Mystical Mask/*. Afterwards, they
will delight in the */Sea-Glitz Makeup/* application, which includes
Gliz-n-Glamour mineral eyeshadow, blush and lip gloss.

Birthday party packages are available for groups of six or more. The birthday girl
can choose from one of three themes. Spa services and goodie bags are
included.

“The trend for kids spas continues, and unlike traditional kids spas, we decided to
enhance our offerings to include make your own lotions, sugar scrubs and lip
glosses,” said Renee Mallari, Director of Spa Services at KeyLime Cove. “We
wanted to open a kids spa that caters to the fondness girls have for playing
beauty parlor while encouraging a healthy lifestyle and self confidence. Our
services range from $10 for the facial mask to $40 for the combination manicure
and pedicure, making The Enchanted Lagoon Kids Spa a perfect mix of fun for
kids and affordability for parents.”

In addition to spa services, kids can make their own lotions, sugar scrubs and lip
glosses. ME! Bath lotions and Hot Focus makeup kits, hair accessories and
journals are available for purchase.

The enchanting Mascot Melodie the Mermaid dances across the ocean blue walls
welcoming guests to the underwater-themed kids spa conveniently located on the
first floor next to the waterpark entrance. Colorful live fish swim inside bubble fish
tanks adorned to the walls and glass bubbles dangling from the light fixtures
mimic fish bubbles.

massages, scrubs, body wraps, skin treatments, manicures and pedicures. The
two-story boutique spa includes a first floor relaxation room, five manicure
stations and five pedicure chairs. Upstairs, guests will find a secluded utopia
where professional, licensed massage therapists and aestheticians perform more
extensive treatments. The second floor features two each of massage suites,
body treatment suites, facial suites and spa suites designed specifically for
couples. In addition, a larger relaxation room provides a private haven for small
group gatherings and special occasion guests.
