"FLEUROTICA" returned to the Garfield Park Conservatory on Friday,
March 25 with a dazzling array of awe-inspiring fashion designs created by
some of Chicagoland's most talented floral designers, made entirely of
plants, flowers and leaves. In addition to a runway show, guests experienced
the lush surroundings of the Garfield Park Conservatory while enjoying
cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a post-fashion show meet and greet with the
floral designers and their designs.
Randi Bellisomo of WGN/CLTV News
was the host for the runway show. Designers from August Bloom were the
winners for their kimono dress creation.

Guests enjoyed tasty hors d'oeuvres from
Harry Caray's Catering &
Events, Marcello's Catering, Phil Stefani Signature Events, Wishbone
Restaurants, Behind The Scenes Catering & Events, Limelight
Catering, Calihan Catering
and Inspiration Kitchens. Special cocktails
for the evening were made with the
VeeV Acai Spirits and the wine was
offered by the
Opolo Vineyards.
