An Evening with Robert Downey, Jr. in Chicago The Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago proudly presents the Gene Siskel Film Center Renaissance Award to Robert Downey, Jr. paying tribute to his remarkable film career. For his astonishing performance as Charlie Chaplin in Sir Richard Attenborough's CHAPLIN, Robert received and Academy Award® nomination for Best Actor. He also guest-starred in the hit comedy show "Ally McBeal" which won him a Golden Globe® for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. Robert's most recent successes include the box office hits IRON MAN (and its sequel, coming this summer) and SHERLOCK HOLMES. Director Todd Phillips interviewed Robert live at the Ritz Carlton Chicago. |
