In celebration of Easter, chef and owner Ryan McCaskey hosts a special brunch buffet at Acadia on Sunday, April 16, 2017. For $85 per adult and $35 per child, guests find a spread of innovative American breakfast favorites, with inspiration stemming from McCaskey’s childhood memories of Easter brunch at Chicago’s legendary Chez Paul. Brunch, offered from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., includes a raw beer, live seared foie gras presentation, lobster eggs Benedict, and more.
