Cettina was founded by Chicago
designer Concetta Cipriano in 2007.
Born and raised in Chicago, Concetta
has always loved the art of design. The
idea that a simple sheet of fabric can be
completely transformed into a work of
art is something that has always
fascinated her. She began sewing at a
young age, and by the age of 12 she
knew that design was her passion. She
attended Dominican University in River
Forest and graduated with a double
major in Fashion Design and Fashion
Merchandising, with minors in Studio
Art and Business .

Throughout her college career she was
also given achievement awards for her
work including “Up and Coming
Designer” 2006 and “Best Senior
Collection” 2007. Concetta’s 2nd love of
art has always greatly influenced her
work. She draws inspiration from
everything around her...history, nature,
or just people walking down the street.

Upon graduating from Dominican,
Concetta started her line "Cettina". The
fashion line name "Cettina" has a great
personal significance given that this was
her childhood nickname.

This collection is made up of fun and
feminine cocktail dresses that can be
worn for any night out. These dresses

in any crowd and their classic
silhouettes will make you want to wear
